The Story of Stonefield Farm Bakery

Founded in 2021, Stonefield Farm Bakery is a fully licensed and insured, in-home bakery, located on the outskirts of Hellertown, Pennsylvania, in Lower Saucon Township. 

 

I have been baking for my family and friends for many years and have recently turned my love of baking into a small business.  I specialize in gluten-free baking since my husband was diagnosed with Celiac Disease over ten years ago.  Back then, there wasn't a huge selection of gluten-free baked goods readily available.  And if there were, they were four times the cost and tasted like cardboard.  I had a lot of trial and error to perfect baking and cooking gluten-free, in which my kids would eat, and I've mastered the ultimate gluten-free pie crust that's easy to work with and tastes great!

In May 2023, I opened a dedicated space for my gluten free baking.  We converted our 3rd garage bay into a dedicated gluten free bakery.

I bake cakes, cheesecakes, cupcakes, cookies, kiffles, assorted fruit pies and cream pies.  All desserts are made to order and available in gluten-free and traditional favorites.
