Weddings

Just because you're gluten free, doesn't mean you can't enjoy your wedding cake.  When I opened my bakery, I didn't imagine making wedding cakes at all, I was too intimidated by the whole process especially being gluten free.  But I have accomplished my goals of making beautifully tasting cakes so you can enjoy the tradition of having cake on your special day.
